Referral & Community Coordinator | Concord, NC

As RCC continues to grow, we’re looking for a Referral & Community Coordinator to help us better support the people reaching out to our practice while also strengthening our relationships within the communities we serve.
This position will include a mix of referral coordination, practice administrative support, and community outreach. The role will be based out of our Concord office with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
Responding to new client inquiries and incoming referrals
Helping connect clients with the appropriate RCC clinician
Supporting scheduling, rescheduling, and other client needs
Communicating with clinicians and our administrative team
Helping ensure referrals receive timely follow-up
Building and maintaining relationships with community referral partners
Supporting outreach efforts with physicians, schools, churches, therapists, and other community organizations
Helping with other practice administrative needs as RCC continues to grow
The responsibilities of this position may evolve as we determine where additional support is most helpful across the practice.

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Dependable and able to work independently
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Able to communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person
Interested in building relationships within the community
Comfortable working collaboratively with clinicians and administrative staff
Experience in healthcare, mental health, customer service, community outreach, or practice administration is helpful but not required.
