RCC Access | Partner With Us

The RCC Access Collaborative is a community‑focused program of Restoration Counseling Center designed to make counseling more affordable and accessible. Our Community & Training Clinic is a home for this initiative, where clinicians and graduate‑level interns provide low‑fee and pro bono therapy under licensed supervision. Still, we know meaningful change requires collaboration beyond our own walls. That’s why we invite practitioners and organizations who share this vision to partner with us.

Partners may include: solo practitioners, group practices, hospitals, community clinics, universities, faith‑based counseling centers, nonprofits, and other healthcare providers.

How It Works

  • RCC-Access serves as the hub: we receive and screen referrals, then connect clients with partner practitioners or organizations who have availability.

  • Flexible participation: partners decide how many low‑fee or pro bono slots to offer—even one slot makes a difference.

  • No red tape: there’s no formal contract, just a shared commitment to expanding access.

  • Recognition & community: partners are listed on our website as RCC Access Community Partners, with opportunities for connection, CE events, and networking as the Collaborative grows.

Why Partner with RCC Access Collaborative?

  • Make counseling accessible: open doors for people who might otherwise go without support.

  • Shape your involvement: decide what you can realistically offer while still making an impact.

  • Be recognized: show your commitment to service as part of a trusted network of community partners.

FAQs for Therapists & Community Partners

Who can refer clients to the RCC Access Collaborative?
Referrals are welcome from schools, faith leaders, nonprofits, healthcare providers, hospitals, and private or group practices. Individuals may also refer.

What types of clients are a good fit?
Clients seeking affordable therapy who can benefit from short‑ to medium‑term counseling (often 8–16 sessions). We serve individuals across the lifespan, couples, and families.

Are services provided by licensed therapists?
Yes. The RCC Access program includes both licensed clinicians from RCC and graduate-level clinicians/post-graduate associates under weekly supervision from licensed therapists. All cases are overseen to ensure quality and client safety.

Do partners need to sign a contract?
No. Joining the Collaborative is about shared values and commitment rather than legal agreements.

How are fees structured?
Fees are based on client need, not service type. We use a sliding scale that typically ranges from $25–$50 per session. We also offer pro bono services, as needed. The goal of this program is to increase access, so individuals will not be turned away if they cannot afford services. Donor sponsorships may also be available to further reduce costs when needed.

Can my practice participate if I only have one slot available?
Yes. Even one slot makes a meaningful difference.

Do you provide crisis services?
No. We are not a crisis service. Clients in crisis are directed to call or text 988 or use emergency services.

What if a client needs a higher level of care?
If needs fall outside the Collaborative’s scope, RCC helps connect clients with licensed RCC therapists or other community resources.
