Rayecine Neely

Graduate Intern in East Independence

Hi, I'm Rayecine Neely, a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and a student counselor with RCC Access. I am passionate about working with adolescents, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the weight of chronic stress and burnout.

My approach is practical and authentic, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a Person-Centered foundation. I believe healing isn't a one-size-fits-all process, so I meet each client where they are and walk alongside them at their own pace. My goal is for each client to leave sessions with something they can actually use, such as setting healthy boundaries, communicating more effectively, and building real tools for healing.

Counseling wasn't my first career. I earned a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and later a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University. It was through years of working alongside others professionally, and through some genuinely hard seasons of my own, that I felt called to serve others as a counselor. That calling opened doors I didn't expect, and I've been walking through them one step at a time.

Outside of counseling, I am a wife, a mother, and I enjoy serving others as a Certified Master Life and Relationship Coach. In my spare time, I enjoy fitness activities, long walks around the lake, and a good read. I also spend a lot of time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
