Hi, I’m Mariah Henry, a graduate student at Liberty University pursuing my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently serving as an intern at RCC Access. I am dedicated to offering compassionate support to individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and grow through their personal experiences. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment where clients can explore their stories, gain insight, and build resilience. I deeply value authenticity, meaningful connection, and practical growth in every counseling relationship.

I’m a North Carolina native and a proud veteran. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from North Greenville University, which laid the foundation for my faith-driven commitment to serving others. My prior military service further inspired my dedication to helping individuals and families navigate and heal from traumatic experiences. Outside of counseling, my greatest joy comes from motherhood. My daughter inspires me daily and reminds me of the power of love, connection, and growth. I also have a lifelong love of music and art, which enriches my life, sparks creativity, and fuels my inspiration.
