RCC is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for therapists to join our teams across the Charlotte area and surrounding communities.

We’re looking for clinicians who want the independence of private practice without having to manage everything that comes with running a practice on their own. Our goal is to give clinicians the support and flexibility they need to focus on their clients and their clinical work.

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on location.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed or associate-level in North Carolina and/or South Carolina as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or psychologist

  • Interested in working with individuals, couples, and/or families

  • Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload

  • Organized and comfortable with technology and an electronic health record

  • Able to work independently while still being part of a larger team

  • Willing to participate in reasonable efforts to build and maintain a caseload

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy based on your areas of interest and experience

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health concerns

  • Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation

  • Manage your schedule and caseload with support from our administrative team

  • Participate in consultation and collaborate with other RCC clinicians
