As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) in Charlotte, North Carolina, I am passionate about helping individuals and families find restoration, resilience, and hope. I believe that every person’s story matters and that therapy provides a safe and supportive space to heal, grow, and thrive.

I am a wife, mother, and stepmother who understands the joys and challenges that come with balancing family, career, and personal well-being. I have a lifelong commitment to serving my community through advocacy for mental health awareness and accessible care and resources.

My background includes working with children as young as four, adolescents, women, men, military members, and families from diverse backgrounds, races, and sexual orientations. I have extensive experience working with children and teens with ADHD and supporting at-risk youth. I also help clients navigate women’s issues, parenting challenges, body image concerns, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD (adults and children), and autism spectrum disorder (level 1), and various stressor-related and adjustment disorders.

I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, play therapy techniques, and art therapy techniques. In every session, I strive to create an environment of empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard. I truly value the trust and connection that develops within the therapeutic relationship and believe that genuine understanding can foster meaningful change.
