Hi, I'm Jayna Lattimore, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting women through the many seasons of womanhood and motherhood. I believe our relationships, experiences, and the roles we carry can deeply impact how we see ourselves and how we move through life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling in a relationship, adjusting to changes within your family, or simply recognizing that something isn't working the way you'd like it to, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes. 

I'm originally from Charleston, SC and I'm a wife and mom of three. I'm a beach girl at heart, but developed a love for the mountains during my time at App State. When I'm not working, I enjoy good food, skating, time with family and friends, and just enjoying everyday moments. I know firsthand how life can be full, messy, rewarding, and challenging as you juggle all your responsibilities. 

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I value creating an environment where clients feel comfortable being honest about where they are while also feeling supported and challenged toward where they want to be. Together, we'll work to better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, develop healthier ways of coping and communicating, and identify changes that feel realistic for your life. I believe that change doesn't require having everything figured out. Sometimes it begins with having the space and support to see things differently and taking the next step from there.
