My name is Eden Toledano. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in North Carolina and South Carolina with a credential to provide telehealth services in both states. I work with individuals, couples, and families with ages ranging from older adults to adolescents. I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, neurodevelopmental disorders, relationship stressors, sexual identity issues, and trauma. With the right kind of support, meaningful growth is possible. I know it takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, and that is why I want to make sure my clients get exactly what they need. I am here to take this journey with you and I will guide you along the way because I believe in the power of therapy.

I practice with a variety of therapeutic models and techniques in order to best serve my clients and their specific needs. Some of the modalities I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, experiential therapy, emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more. I hold a deep sense of empathy and compassion for each client's unique journey in life. Practicing with an integrative approach allows me to help each client use their strengths, communities, and resources to meet their goals.

I do not take lightly what an honor it is to hold space for my clients. I understand how terrifying it can be to open up to another person. However, vulnerability is not a bad thing because it leads to opportunity. My role as your therapist is to empower and guide you in unlearning negative thinking patterns & to build upon the strengths you already possess."
