Join Our Concord Team
Our Concord office is growing, and we’re looking for a bilingual therapist who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys doing good clinical work, values relationships, and wants the support of a group practice while still having independence in how they work.
Both fully licensed and associate-level clinicians are welcome to apply.
What We're Looking For
Licensed or associate-level in North Carolina as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
Fluent in English and Spanish
Interested in working with individuals, couples, and/or families
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
Organized and comfortable using technology and an electronic health record
Willing to participate in reasonable efforts to build and maintain a caseload
What You'll Do
Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy
Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health concerns
Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation
Manage your schedule and caseload with support from our administrative team
Participate in consultation and collaborate with other RCC clinicians
