Throughout my work, I have gained a passion for working with couples who are trying to heal and restore trust, improve communication, and identify expectations and boundaries within their relationship. Additionally, I enjoy working with parents, as they encounter challenges that accompany parenthood, which often include setting boundaries, ensuring emotional support, and communicating with one’s partner throughout the process. I also work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or are struggling to set and achieve goals.
A little bit about me - I am a North Carolina native, born and raised. I have a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science from East Carolina University. I also have a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pfeiffer University. Along with my Masters Degree, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. My drive has always been to help others obtain the goals and lifestyle they desire, while appreciating the progress they have already achieved. I am a husband and father of two girls and understand many of the daily challenges that come with being a spouse, father, and working professional. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughters, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
I strongly believe that each individual should strive to be their best self - This does not mean perfection, but waking up each day and working to do things differently than they did the day before. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening appointments Monday - Friday. We offer a 100% risk free initial consultation, so the first step into therapy is the simplest. Call Restoration Counseling Center today at 704-502-9397 or book an appointment with me here and let’s get started.
I look forward to meeting you!
