Hi! My name is Teaira Davis. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. I am passionate about helping others on their mental health journey. I aim to meet you where you are and navigate alongside you. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic style to tailor therapy to fit your needs. My background involves over five years of work in community mental health as well as outpatient services. I have worked with youth, adults, couples, and families to identify and address areas of concern, strengthen relationships, set goals, manage conflict, cope with stress, and identify strengths. I want to empower my clients to live their lives authentically. With the right kind of support, meaningful growth is possible.

A little bit about me- I am from Memphis, Tennessee. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Go Vols! I completed my Masters in Counseling program in 2020 from Johnson University and moved to Charlotte, NC shortly after. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and finding new parks and greenways to explore with my fur baby.
