Mystress Miller, Intern

Clinical Intern
Baxter Village

Hello! My name is Mystress Miller. I want to first start off by saying welcome and I am glad that you are here! I am an intern with the University of Phoenix pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I received my bachelor’s degree in Human Services in 2016 from UOP as well. Since then, I have held social services roles in HIV and long-term care. Individuals from all walks of life are my passion.

As a student and intern, I welcome individuals, couples, and families. I see my role as an intern therapist as an individual who will empower my clients to practice good mental health by providing a space where they are able to feel free to express their feelings and concerns without judgement. With empowerment, I am not “giving” someone this power to authority. Instead, we are working together on a plan to make you feel confident and capable enough to make healthy decisions on your own.

A little about me-I was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I currently reside in Fort Mill, SC. I have two of the most amazing children! I have a strong faith, so because of my background, I find that helping others is one of the best ways to serve. I love to sing, spend time with my family, and attend a good concert every chance I get!

Helping people find their strength is not a duty, it’s a privilege.

We offer a 100% risk-free initial consultation, so the first step into therapy is the simplest. Call Restoration Counseling Center today at 704-502-9397 or email admin@restorationcounselingclt.com to book an appointment with me and let’s get started. I look forward to working with you!
