Pineville Team

I enjoy working with leaders at various stages who are working to cast vision, create goals, overcome fears and other blind spots that prevent them from advancing in their
careers. I have also worked with young adults as they traverse the various challenges of life such as finding/developing their identity, and dealing effectively with the countless stressors they encounter, such as anxiety and depression. Helping with the development of healthy coping strategies when difficult challenges arise is useful as well. Most of my experience comes from professional, corporate environments and church spaces.

Since the counseling process is a collaborative one, it is important to consider all aspects that impact an individual. So, in addition to the mental, physical, relational, and emotional areas, it is important to give thought to cultural and spiritual factors as well. Where spiritual integration is important to you, we can incorporate those elements as well. While the investment in one’s own growth and transformation can sometimes be difficult, my passion is to partner with people, discover the desired outcomes, so the teamwork can begin toward overcoming whatever might be hindering the ability to enjoy life as intended.

A few things about me, I was born and raised here in North Carolina. I am a wife with three bonus children and a grandbaby. I have always been motivated to serve in capacities where I am able to help others realize their full potential. As a bonus mom, I empathize with and have learned a lot from the difficulties that come along with being a blended family as well. I enjoy good food, traveling to new places, sitting on the beach, creating, reading and spending time with my husband.
